Jolene started Merryweather after years cleaning domestic properties around Dawlish. She'd seen too many sensitive jobs handled badly — agency contractors who didn't show up, didn't follow through, didn't seem to care. She wanted to do it differently.

That meant training. She qualified through one of the UK's leading biohazard cleaning academies, picked up CPD certifications in trauma scene work and infection control, and added mental-health first aid and safeTALK suicide Connector training for the situations where the cleaning is only part of the work.

She also has a Level 2 pharmacy certification and years of experience in the pharmaceutical and care sectors — useful in healthcare settings, biohazard scenes, and any job where chemical handling needs to be done properly.
